Oil Painting lesson with Gregory Smith

Well, I didn't progress much today. 

I did some work on two vases at front, and spent the rest on the cast. 

The drapery on her is very tricky. It's so easy to be distracted by its flowing shapes. 

Greg's help is always valuable, "Try to see fundamental shape underneath it. Using brush strokes to suggest direction of the form."
