Plein Air Oil Painting

I drove to my favourite Le Page Homestead in Hawkstowe this afternoon. 

It’s always very quiet. The weather was perfect, although lights kept changing. 

I wasn’t sure how to paint this foreground, I’ll have to ask Greg. 

I spent 2.5 hours. 

Oil on canvas. 14x18 in. 

Then, I took a long walk and did some pencil sketch. 

It was lovely day.
