Very touching interviews with historians, artists and local people guide us through the life of this less known painter.
The screening coincides with the exhibition at Art Gallery of NSW. I’m glad that The Gallery focuses on Australian artist, although it gave a ridiculous title to the exhibition, “John Russell - Australia’s French Impressionist”
Anyway, you can watch the film until Nov 29.
