Oil Painting Portrait Workshop at Victorian Artists Society - Day 8

This is the fourth painting in this workshop.
I'm reasonably happy with the likeness of the subject.
I think I'll change its background colour, there's too much warmth in this painting.
Also, I was running out of time, the hair towards the bottom looks not quite right.
Anyway, considering how bad it was last week, I think I was able to improve it a bit.
