Oil Painting Lesson with Gregory Smith - Day 9

There were many proportional errors of this statue, it looked too fat. 

Greg told me to focus on angles of the main shape. I trimmed here and there by using background. Now it looks better. 

Then I put some colours on red drapery, this I found very difficult. He told me to be careful, even in its dark shadows, there's some colour showing. 

It was a great tip.
