We drove to Aireys Inlet this afternoon and set up easels here.

It was a very peaceful place, only thing we could hear was the sound of waves.
I loved this rock formation, and the reflection on the water. There were some people walking on the shore. And the colour of the sky!
We spent about 2 hours. The light constantly changed, but, it was expected. With no wind annoying us, it was really fantastic to paint.

Oil on panel. 12x16 in.
We then took a walk around Split Point Lighthouse. Again, we were able to see magnificent sunset.
It was a great day.
